Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Responses
Search Canadian Access to Information and Privacy responses, examine released records, and find connected reviews and supporting documents.
Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) requests allow people to seek records held by federal government institutions and to request access to their personal information. Released responses can reveal how public institutions make decisions, administer programs, spend funds, and respond to matters of public interest.
ATIP records are often scattered across institutions or difficult to find after release. This collection preserves responses and their metadata so they can be searched, compared, connected to analysis, and used in transparency and accountability work.
